Façade condition inspections provide our clients with a clear picture of the façade’s condition using video and photographic records, defect mapping and repair recommendations to facilitate accurate TORs & RFPs.
Inclusive of Building Safety Inspections and Code Compliance Inspections depending on the building type and occupancy, inspections consists of one or more of the following disciplines
- Photographic Survey – photographic record for condition surveys or damage assessment.
- Defect Mapping – Inspection services to quantify repair works for Clients TOR and accurate pricing of repair works.
- Condition Survey – Forensic & diagnostic service for defective facades.
- VDO Survey – Survey by hand held camera or drone to establish existing condition.
- Façade Field Testing per AAMA – Water leakage, anchor pull out, deflection, air leakage, coating/ silicone adhesion.
